No Returns or Refunds – Final Sale Policy
All products sold by Yums Delights Ltd are perishable confectionery food items.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed:
It cannot be cancelled
It cannot be returned
It cannot be refunded
Legal Basis for No Refunds
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, perishable goods such as food items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Due to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations:
Returned food items cannot be resold
Refunds are not legally required for perishable goods
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging orders. However, we do not provide refunds or replacements, even in cases of:
